This machine id designed for packing the plastic cup and with min dia50mm, max dia 95 mm. any one size working machine. Filling and sealing done by machine we have put bulk glass manually in machine and it will pick one by one. Also, single peas of foil to be use. For following features.

HOW WORKS NO. OF 6 STATIONS

Cup Dropping Station

• Bulk cups are placed at the top of the assembly.
• Pneumatic cylinder picks and drops cups one by one into pockets.
• Cups move forward to the filling station.
• If 4 cups are missing, machine stops and shows an error.

Cup Filling Station

• Sensor detects 4 cups before filling starts.
• Fills cups with preset quantity.
• Filling accuracy of ±5%.
• Volumetric or servo filling based on product.
• 150–200 L storage tank with auto cut-off pump.
• Overflow drainage and easy cleaning system.

Cup Foil Dropping Station

• Bulk foil placed with weight for smooth feeding.
• Cylinder picks foil one by one.
• Main assembly rotates 180° to place foil on cup.

Cup Foil Sealing Station

• Heated brass sealing jaws provide strong sealing.
• Individual temperature controller for each head.
• Separate spring-loaded jaws for pressure accuracy.

Cup Removing Station

• Sensor-based system removes cups smoothly.
• No cup falling or tilting during removal.
• Cups are transferred safely onto conveyor.
