The Automatic Servo Auger Type Powder Bottle Filling Machine is a highly efficient and precision-based packaging machine designed for automatic filling of powder products into bottles, jars, and containers. The machine utilizes a servo motor-driven auger screw mechanism that accurately controls the quantity of powder dispensed into each container. The auger rotates within a funnel or hopper and delivers a precise volume of powder through a filling nozzle.
The machine is designed for high production environments and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic industries. It is capable of handling both free-flowing powders (such as flour, sugar, and milk powder) and non-free-flowing powders (such as spice blends, protein powder, talcum powder, and chemical powders).
The system operates automatically with the help of a PLC-based control system and HMI touch screen interface, enabling operators to set parameters such as fill weight, auger speed, and production count. Containers are transported through a conveyor system and positioned under the filling nozzle using indexing or bottle-holding mechanisms. The integrated “No Bottle – No Fill” sensor system ensures that powder is dispensed only when a bottle is correctly positioned.
The machine is constructed with high-grade stainless steel (SS304/SS316) to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with hygienic manufacturing standards. Its modular design allows easy integration into a complete packaging line consisting of bottle unscrambler, capping machine, and labelling system.
