A Collar Type PLC-controlled powder pouch packing machine is a complete automatic packaging system that is suitable in precise, clean, and efficient packing of the free-flowing and semi-free-flowing powders including spices, flour, milk powder, and chemical powder. The machine uses a high-precision forming collar to roll out packaging film into regular pouches smoothly and utilizes a PLC control system to maintain a good dose, perfectly sealed, and simple to operate due to a user-friendly interface.
The machine has high packaging rate, less waste of products, and stability of operation which makes it suitable to industries which require accuracy, uniformity and efficiency in production.
